💳 Payment information

• Credit card payments: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. We may receive transaction confirmation details (amount, date/time, reference ID, and receipt details).
• Interac e-Transfer payments: we may receive sender name/email and transfer confirmation details (amount, date/time, reference number, and the message/note you include).

💬 Communications + operational notes

• Emails and messages you send us or we send you (confirmations, receipts, questions)
• Forms you submit
• Notes required for program administration and student safety (only as needed)

• e-Transfer payments may include sender details and the message/note you provide (e.g., your registration code) to help match payment to registration.
