A paid summer role helping students build real-world skills — without burning out.

🧭 The Role
As a Money Club instructor, your job is not to babysit and not to invent curriculum.
Your role is to:
- Present materials based on the cirriculum
- Guide students as they work through real projects
- Ask good questions
- Stress-test ideas
- Help teams think through trade-offs
- Keep students focused, safe, and supported
All course materials, activities, and structure are provided. You are there to facilitate.
-
🛠️ What You’ll Actually Be Doing
On a typical day, you’ll:
- Present course content
- Help student teams clarify ideas and next steps
- Ask questions like:
- Who would pay for this?
- What does it cost?
- What happens if this fails?
- Help students work through:
- Pricing decisions
- Simple budgeting
- Team dynamics
- Support presentations and practice sessions
- Keep the day moving smoothly and on time
You are hands-on, but not alone — structure and support are built into the program.
-
🚫 What You’re Not Responsible For
Let’s be clear about boundaries. You are not expected to:
- Design curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans from scratch
- Teach finance theory
- Run logistics solo
- “Perform” as an expert
This is operational leadership, not daycare.
-
📘 Curriculum & Structure
The Money Club.Org runs on a pre-designed curriculum focused on:
- Financial literacy (costs, pricing, margin)
- Product and service design
- Market research and demand
- Communication and presentation
- Decision-making under constraints
You don’t need to master everything — you’ll be given:
- Clear daily objectives
- Structured activities
- Discussion prompts
- Guidance on how to support students effectively
