Transfers between Session 1 and Session 2 may be possible only if space is available and must be requested in writing at [email protected].
📝 Student Registration & Consent Form Required
Our Student Registration & Consent Form (including emergency contact details and permissions) must be completed as part of registration.
Students may not participate until the completed form is received.
🗓️ Attendance, Missed Days, & Illness
- Missed days do not create an entitlement to a refund.
- If a student is sick, please keep them home and notify us by email.
🤝 Code of Conduct & Safety
Students are expected to:
- follow instructor directions and safety rules,
- treat others respectfully,
- use materials and spaces responsibly.
We may contact a parent/guardian for early pickup if needed. In serious cases, we reserve the right to remove a student from the program for safety or behavioural reasons. (Fees remain non-refundable.)

Media preferences (photo/video consent) are collected in the Student Registration & Consent Form.
We may contact you by email or phone regarding program operations, scheduling, receipts, and required forms.
