Our Student Registration & Consent Form (including emergency contact details and permissions) must be completed as part of registration.
Students may not participate until the completed form is received.

  • Missed days do not create an entitlement to a refund.
  • If a student is sick, please keep them home and notify us by email.

Students are expected to:

  • follow instructor directions and safety rules,
  • treat others respectfully,
  • use materials and spaces responsibly.

We may contact a parent/guardian for early pickup if needed. In serious cases, we reserve the right to remove a student from the program for safety or behavioural reasons. (Fees remain non-refundable.)

๐Ÿ“ธ Photos, Video, & Communications

Media preferences (photo/video consent) are collected in the Student Registration & Consent Form.

We may contact you by email or phone regarding program operations, scheduling, receipts, and required forms.

Over time, demonstrated results can enable:

  • Sponsorships
  • Grants
  • Institutional partnerships

But scale comes after proof โ€” not before.
